JS 11: brand new screenless grinders

The new screenless JS grinders have been used for many years for the in-line recovery with injection moulding machines.
The JS units have innovative features compared to the ones of our competitors. Reduced dust production and noise level, reduced heating of the resins. The new helical design of cutting tools is intended to reduce current absorption peaks and cutting stress.
Patented sliding bottom part of the grinding chamber simplifies clean out saving time. Reduced footprint near the press, easy maintenance without moving the unit.

The JS 2811 and JS 3911 are equipped with motor of 0,75 KW and 11 kW, 25 RPM, special hoppers and reduced size.
